主讲嘉宾张昱城博士简介:

(英文简介)Dr. Zhang was
attracted to be a scholar when he started undergraduate study in Sichuan
University. He was introduced to research in 2010 at the University of New
South Wales (UNSW) when He enrolled in Ph.D. to pursue his fascination with
Management. Over the four years in UNSW, he was initiated into ethnography,
meta-analysis and survey research by examining how employees react to managers’
mistreatments. Shortly after he graduated, he joined Research Institute of
Economics and Management, Southwestern University of Finance and Economics as
an Associate Professor. Dr. Zhang has published papers in Asia Pacific Journal
of Management, Journal of Business Ethics, Tourism Management, The International
Journal of Human Resource Management and Health Policy and Planning.

 

(中文简介)张昱城副教授于澳大利亚新南威尔士大学商学院获得人力资源管理博士,目前任职于西南财经大学经济与管理研究院。研究领域为辱虐管理、家庭友好型人力资源实践、领导理论、多层分析模型,元分析方法等。目前主持国家自然科学基金青年项目和教育部人文社科项目各一项,担任管理学/商学领域内主流期刊Journal of

讲座内容简介:

While
a plethora of studies have examined the relationships between positive
work-family/family-work interface and its antecedents, a comprehensive and
systematic framework that integrates the antecedents and moderators of positive
work-family/family-work interface is missing in the literature. To fill this
void, we conducted a quantitative review of existing studies on positive
work-family/family-work interface, integrating insights from the Job
Demands-Resources (JD-R) model and personality research paradigm. Based on a
meta-analysis of 69 studies, including 71 independent samples (N=74,308), we
found that job demands, such as work overload, were negatively related to
positive work-family interface, whereas job resources, such as family friendly
human resource policies, were positively related to positive work-family
interface. In a similar vein, family demands were negatively related to positive
family-work interface, while family resources were positively related to
positive family-work interface. In addition, both positive and negative
personal traits of employees were related to positive work-family/family-work
interface. Finally, we found that some employee demographic characteristics and
construct labels of positive work-family/family-work interface moderated the
relationships between positive work-family/family-work interface and some of
its antecedents. Theoretical and practical implications are discussed.

 

主讲嘉宾张龙博士简介:

(英文简介) Dr. Zhang is an
Assistant Professor at School of Business Administration, Hunan University,
China. He did his dual-Bachelor degree at Hunan University, China, and
SolBridge International School of Business, South Korea. He then received his
PhD at Business School, The University of New South Wales (UNSW), Australia. He
was the Lecturer-In-Charge for Sport and Human Resource Management at
Australian College of Physical Education and tutor for a wide range of business
courses at UNSW during his PhD period. His research interests include
qualitative research method, human capital, strategic human resource
management, organizational behaviour, business ethics, and leadership. His
research has been published in journals such as the Journal of Business Ethics,
the Service Industries Journal, and Forum on Science and Technology in China
(in Chinese). He has been peer-reviewers for multiple international academic
journals and conferences, such as International Journal of Human Resource
Management, A
sia-Pacific Journal of Human
Resources, Annual Meeting of the Academy of Management (AOM). He is the
Assistant Editor-In-Chief in The Journal of Aussie-Sino Studies. He has been
the
Chief
Consultant in Zhongnan Engineering Co., Ltd. and Friendship & Apollo
Appliance Co., Ltd.

 

 

(中文简介) 张龙博士是湖南大学工商管理学院助理教授。在湖南大学、韩国SolBridge国际商学院获得双学士,于澳大利亚新南威尔士大学商学院获得博士。博士期间,他担任澳大利亚体育学院管理系人力资源管理主任讲师,并在新南威尔士大学作为辅导教师任教多门商科课程。研究领域包括:定性研究方法、人力资本、战略人力资源、组织行为学、商业伦理和领导力等。已在商科国际及国内主流期刊发表论文多篇,比如:Journal
of Business Ethics, the Service Industries Journal,

讲座内容简介:

This
workshop discusses three topics relating with management research training and
management paper publication. First, it compares PhD training with journal
article submission. Second, it discusses accepted research paper with good
research paper with examples. Finally, it summaries a list of common mistakes
in management research.
