刘京明，男，河北工业大学经济管理学院，讲师，硕士生导师，“元光学者”，美国阿肯色大学大学博士。研究成果主要发表在IISE Transactions、Naval Research Logistics、Annals of Operations research、 Expert Systems with Applications、Simulation Modelling Practice and Theory和IISE学会年会论文集等国际知名期刊。
