2007 年博士毕业于南开大学,河北工业大学经管学院教授、“元光学者”、博士生导师、经管学院管理科学与工程学科部主任、经管学院学位委员会副主席、校学术委员会委员。中国运筹学会会员、中国运筹学会随机服务与运作管理分会常务理事。已有学术成果发表在《European Journal of Operational Research》、《International Journal of Production Economics》、《International Journal of Production Research》、《 Annals of Operations Research》、《Computers and Operations Research》等运筹与管理领域国际期刊,以及《系统工程理论与实践》、《运筹与管理》等中文期刊。作为项目负责人主持了3项国家自然科学基金课题(两项已结题且被国家基金委管理学部评为结题优秀、一项在研)和1项河北省自然科学基金项目(已结题),作为项目组主要成员还参与完成了4项国家自然科学基金项目和1项国家社科基金重大项目的研究。
